Dr. Adam Babcock, PT, DPT
Owner Sustained Fitness

Adam is an owner and partner at Sustained Fitness located in Copley Square in Boston, where he practices as a physical therapist and personal trainer. Adam graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Rehabilitation Sciences, and pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, which he completed in 2016. In his time at Northeastern, Adam gained experience in multiple physical therapy settings, including outpatient orthopedic and neuro rehab, as well as a clinical rotation in NEU’s Sports Performance department. Prior to working with Sustained Fitness, Adam worked at a busy outpatient clinic in Wellesley, MA, where he treated patients of all ages and functional levels, with a wide variety of injuries.

Dr. Ryan Billich, PT, DPT
Owner Sustained Fitness

Ryan is an owner and partner at Sustained Fitness located in Copley Square in Boston, where he practices as a physical therapist and personal trainer. Ryan graduated from Northeastern University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, which he completed in 2017. Ryan is an avid rock climber and outdoor enthusiast, Ryan's goal is for you to have control over your body in all domains. Ryan's personal background in sports include wrestling, soccer, track, cross country, and rugby. When he's not training you can find him with a book or doing pull-ups.

Eric Wilson, NSAM, ACSM, NSCA
Owner Movement Sciences

Eric Wilson is the founder and owner of Movement Sciences, and ACCEPT personal training school, both operated from the state of the art personal training studio located at Copley Square, Boston. He specializes in creating optimal movement patterns for a diverse variety of clientele, while assisting them with their health and/or athletic goals. He especially enjoys working with children to instill correct movement at an early age. His philosophy is to train movement not muscles Eric earned his BS in exercise physiology from Plymouth State University, and has over 15 years of professional experience within the industry

Dr. Stefanie Rousselle, PT, DPT, BS, CSCS, RYT
Owner Boston Health and Wellness

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, & a Registered Yoga Teacher; Stefanie combines her many disciplines to prescribe extremely unique programs. With her well-rounded experience & knowledge, she decided to create a mobile fitness company in 2014 that would collaborate her skills. She is currently the CEO & Founder of Boston Health & Wellness, LLC and running her own small business.

Erik Kaloyanides
Owner, Athletic Evolution

Erik Kaloyanides is considered one of the nations leading experts in athletic performance and strength & conditioning. In 2015 alone, Erik was responsible for training 10 players who signed NFL contracts, a 2nd round NBA draft pick, and a 1st round MLB draft pick. In 2014, Erik participated in the Opening Ceremonies for the Sochi Winter Olympics as a coach for one his athletes. As well, Erik has authored an article for the National Strength & Conditioning Association on NBA Combine Preparation and explosive development and has been selected to be a part of the 2016 Keiser Power Summit as a lead speaker and is also one of Nike's top athletic trainers. Erik is a former scholarship football player for Syracuse University which is also where he met his beautiful wife of 12 years. Erik and Monique are the proud parents of Luccia, Ella and Ethan.

David Pickering
Founder, Preventure / International Fitness Club Network (IFCN)

Dave founded Preventure / International Fitness Club Network (IFCN), a Rhode Island based corporation, in 1982 and expanded its services as Preventure, growing to be one of the world’s leading and award winning providers of innovative health management, wellness and fitness solutions. For the past 35 years, Dave has been a pioneer in working with corporations, health insurers and the health and fitness industry to leverage the compelling economic and physical benefits of regular exercise and healthy lifestyle behaviors.

David Goldman
Owner, Goldman Physical Therapy

David Goldman is the founder of Goldman Physical Therapy, and is currently the Clinical Director at the Englewood, NJ office located at THE GYM. Goldman is a licensed Physical Therapist with a Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University. With over thirteen years of physical therapy experience and being licensed in New Jersey and New York as a MSPT, David’s passion to help people and his devotion to learning, differentiates himself and his practice from others. Goldman has a variety of experience in competitive sports on a recreational, and inter-collegiate level. Before starting his physical therapy graduate studies, Goldman was a state champion wrestler for Randolph High and Boston College. Goldman is also an outdoor enthusiast who juggles his free time between his three kids and road/mountain biking, running, skiing, mixed martial arts, and hiking.

Mark Cummings
Public Relations

Mark will create and execute strategies to promote TrainerMD with all constituencies, with a specific focus on healthcare systems and the fitness industry. As a senior healthcare leader with over 35 years of experience in Development, Marketing and Communications, Mark will employ best practices to create significant exposure for TrainerMD. He will also utilize his fund-raising experience to secure additional investment support, as needed.

Joseph Proia
Sales and Business Development

Mr. Proia is a motivational speaker and sought after sales leader. He has risen to the top sales position in just about every company he has ever worked for. His sales skills, business development, leadership qualities and his ability to keep sales teams highly motivated and engaged will be an ongoing asset for our team. Joe played semi-professional football.

Doug Fairbanks
Athlete and Fitness Trainer

Doug is widely recognized as a top US professional athlete trainer and has worked with some of the biggest names in professional sports. Doug has trained over 150 elite professional athletes in multiple sports and has a reputation for his ability to help restore athletes back to peak performance after they have suffered from serious injuries. Doug uses a unique combination of fitness, nutrition and behavioral protocols which he has developed over his extensive career, to achieve amazing performance improvements and outcomes with his clients. His understanding, broad knowledge and experience of working with athletes and clients of all ages and fitness levels over the last 20 + years will continue to be an extremely valuable asset to Trainer MD® now and well into the future.

Dr. Stephen Scmitz, MD, MPH
Health and Medicine

Dr. Schmitz was the first investor in TrainerMD®. He has been a wellness advocate for years and has extensive experience working with corporate medical programs and health promotion. Dr. Schmitz was Connecticut’s first full-time hospital-based health promotion physician. Dr. Schmitz is certified and qualified to deliver CME, CEU, CEC, continuing education credits in drug and dietary supplement safety, for physicians, nurses, trainers and allied health professionals. His knowledge, experience and passion for health promotion will continue to be an asset to the company.

Darryl Elliot
Physical Therapy

Darryl attended Northeastern University and graduated as a physical therapist in 1990. During his 25+ year career, he has provided physical therapy at the Carney Hospital, in private practices, and at Boston University. Darryl also held an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Certification from 1996 to 2006. He taught both physical therapy and athletic training courses as an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University and Boston University.

Mark Worcester
Operations and Development

Mark is a veteran of the US Marine Corps and a Registered Nurse. He brings to TrainerMD over 25 years in healthcare technology and experience with a strong background in leadership and communication. Mark also serves as an officer for the Massachusetts chapter of the American Nurses Association.

Bernie Heine, MBA
Business and Strategy

Bernie has more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, strategy consulting, project management, engineering and consulting. He has led strategic planning initiatives, developed corporate and business unit strategy, and evaluated business growth opportunities. Bernie has an MBA in business from Harvard, where he is an active alumnus. Bernie has been a great business coach helping Joe and the team at critical points in our business evolution.

Matthew Furlong
Technology and Development

Mr. Furlong was a US Naval Officer, F-18 fighter pilot, software engineer and security expert for the National Security Agency (NSA). In 1999 Mathew and Joe co-founded a leading technology startup company funded by Samsung. Together they developed one of the Internet’s first integrated and adaptive immersive imaging 3D technology platforms. The platform featured multiple photo-realistic virtual reality 3D tour-modules of travel destinations with embedded interactive commercials. Mathew is a world leading developer of 3D immersive imaging technology which may now interface with the TrainerMD® platform. Mr. Furlong’s cyber security background and diverse technology experience will continue to be an incredible asset in the development of future TrainerMD® technology projects and innovative digital marketing solutions.

Ken DeMoura
Legal and Professional Counsel

Ken is a Legal Advisor and an accomplished attorney and counselor to individuals and businesses. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1986, Ken has been recognized by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and as fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. He is consistently recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer and has been included in the New England Edition of Super Lawyer's Corporate Counsel since 2010. Ken is AV rated by Martindale Hubbel. He is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Institute and serves as its Treasurer and one of its directors. He is also an advisor to the Trial Advocacy Workshop at Harvard Law School. From 1987 until 2013 Ken was an adjunct professor of law at New England School of Law. He served as managing partner of the Boston office of Adler Pollock & Sheehan and a member of its Executive Committee from 2001 until 2007. In 2012, Ken founded DeMoura|Smith LLP. Ken’s vast legal experience and network in the Boston area and will be an ongoing asset to TrainerMD. Ken is also a lifelong fitness enthusiast and has been playing amateur soccer for more than 30 years.

Edward Russavage
Legal and Business Counsel

Ed is a Legal Advisor and an accomplished attorney and counselor to individuals and businesses. Ed is a shareholder at Wolf Greenfield, the leading IP firm located in Boston, MA. Ed is a Patent Attorney that provides strategic counseling in many technical areas, including software, advertising and related data sciences, bioinformatics, medical devices, 3D printing, internet-based technologies, and electrical technology areas. Ed Specializes in IP strategy for startups and strategic portfolio development for small to mid-size companies. Advanced counseling in patent strategy, strategic patent portfolio development, post grant challenges, software licensing and open source issues. Ed has been honored in Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" Intellectual Property Attorney from 2005 to 2013 by Boston Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine as one of the top attorneys in Massachusetts. His education includes Suffolk University Law School, J.D., Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, M.S., Computer Science, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, MSEE, University of Pittsburgh, BSEE. Ed has nineteen years of experience in patent counseling, including primary responsibility for substantial client IP portfolios.
