Our Awards

TrainerMD has been proud to lean forward and reach out in innovation and impact. Here are a few awards we've been honored to receive.

Harvard Business School Alumni "New Venture Challenge" 2014

The Harvard Business School “New Venture Competition,” is an annual event which is designed to support both students and alumni of HBS. This event draws a lot of attention at Harvard, because more than half of HBS alumni can classify themselves as entrepreneurs at some point in their careers. This event gives them a great platform for refining business models and receiving exposure for their projects. Alumni pursuing New Business and Social Impact Ventures participate in this competition which has chapters all over the world. TrainerMD® made the finals placing in the top four for the HBS Eastern Region for 2014.

Mass Challenge 2013

The MassChallenge is the world’s largest startup accelerator and competition and the first of its kind to support high-impact, early-stage entrepreneurs with no strings attached. The organization aims to catalyze a global startup renaissance. Their objectives are to promote innovation, collaboration and commercialization, address the seed-stage investment gap, empower novice entrepreneurs, provide educational opportunities for entrepreneurs, and showcase entrepreneurship assets and infrastructure locally, nationally and internationally.

In 2013 TrainerMD® entered the Mass Challenge and out of a group of approximately 1,600 startup companies, TrainerMD® made the semi-final round. This was an amazing experience for TrainerMD® because it gave us our first opportunity to get in front of a group of international experts and hear what they had to say about our new business concept and technology. We learned where we needed to make refinements in our presentation and gained a great deal of confidence from this competition.
